24–48 hours before: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours or no-shows: non-refundable. Late arrivals do not extend your scheduled rental time.
Please read these before you book. You will confirm them again on the Book Now page, then sign the rental waiver before checkout.

Safety comes first. If Splash & Dash cancels your rental before departure due to unsafe weather, you may choose a full refund or reschedule. Rain or cloudy weather alone does not automatically qualify for a refund. Once your rental has started, payments are non-refundable unless Splash & Dash determines otherwise due to unsafe conditions or an equipment issue.
A $100 hold is placed on the card on file as security for incidental damages. If damages exceed the available amount, Splash & Dash will provide an itemized repair bill.
Renters are responsible for damage charges occurring during their rental beyond normal wear and documented pre-existing damage.
5–30 minutes late: $50. 31–60 minutes late: $100. 60+ minutes late: $100 + $100 per additional hour. Extensions must be approved before your scheduled return time.
Fuel is included. Please do not refuel the jet ski yourself unless instructed by Splash & Dash.
